My Pilates classes are conveniently run from the heart of Chelmsford, some of them are within walking distance from the train station! I offer a variety of classes on different days and different times, some classes are small and others are larger, so have a look and if in doubt, I will be happy to discuss the options and suggest a class that is suited to you.

One-to-one sessions are a fantastic introduction into Pilates method, they give an opportunity to concentrate exclusively on exploring the basic moves and building a strong foundation for further Pilates practice. If you have never done Pilates before and would like to make sure that you build solid ground before joining a class, one-to-one session are fantastic. One-to-ones are also valuable if you would like to work on your particular weaknesses and would liketo follow an individual programme, rather than the class structure. Individual lessons can be also considered by people who, for any reason, would not like to join a regular class. For pregnant women individual sessions are highly recommended, especially if you are new to Pilates, as a general class may not be suitable for you.

These are small group classes, with a maximum of 7 participants in the class. Small group classes are ideal if you enjoy an individual approach or prefer the smaller and cosier environment of a Pilates studio. Small group classes are often preferred by people with particular physical restrictions, such as hip problems, low back pain, etc., and we work together on adapting the exercises for every participant to gain the most from the class. Please note that advanced booking is essential for these classes.

This venue is situated about 10 minutes walk from Chelmsford Train Station, so these classes are very convenient, if you commute and would like to enjoy a relaxing workout after a busy day at work. The classes are limited to 16 regular participants, you are advised to bring your mat for the class.
